1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 333dt platform and all of its services. The following words are used with specific meanings in this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 333dt website, mobile version and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on 333dt or is using the service.
• "Account" refers to your registered personal profile on 333dt.

3 Account Registration and Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential.
• All activities carried out through your account will be considered your own.
• Any unauthorised access or security breach must be reported to the 333dt support team immediately.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts may not be created by the same person, household or device.

333dt reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is ongoing if any suspicious activity is detected.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the 333dt platform are governed by the following rules:

• Minimum Deposit: A minimum of ৳200 must be deposited with each method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

Account verification (KYC) may be mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed. Delays may occur if the required documents are not submitted promptly. All transactions must be completed using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name — transactions to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

333dt bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
• The bonus applies to first-time registrants only.
• The same person or household may not claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Bonus credits cannot be converted directly to cash.

The VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback benefits. Progression to higher tiers depends on activity and is at the discretion of 333dt.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting, casino games and other gaming activities on the 333dt platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is not processed due to a technical error, 333dt bears no liability for that bet.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• Sports event results will be determined by verification from recognised sources.
• If a game or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• 333dt may refuse payment for unusual wins resulting from software or server errors.

Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports is available for various international tournaments including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup. Specific rules for each sport are detailed in the relevant section of the platform.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Fraud, deception or automated betting through bots.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities (arbitrage betting, bonus abuse).
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts by the same person.
• Stealing another user's identity or providing a false identity.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Sending commercial advertisements or spam on the 333dt platform.
• Unauthorised access to the platform or data collection using third-party software.

If such activities are detected, 333dt will take immediate action, which may include account cancellation, forfeiture of deposited funds and legal proceedings.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

333dt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Security or technical reasons.
• A request from law enforcement authorities.

Users may also voluntarily request account closure through the 333dt support team. Upon closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, subject to completion of any outstanding verification.

9 Limitation of Liability

333dt accepts no liability for the following:

• Games interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• Issues arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence.
